As the video states at your age it is best to have whitening done under the supervision of a dentist.
The only discomfort with Teeth Whitening is possible sensitivity. With an in-office treatment sensitivity should only last 1 day.
Depending on the individual whitening for a thirteen year old is possible but should be done by a dentist who is familiar with your dental health.
